Rashtirya Janata Dal chief and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad talks to the media in Patna on September 3, 2009.Lalu Prasad sought resignation from Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar following a summon issued against the latter by the Additional CJM's Court, Barh, in connection with a murder of a Congress activist at Barh in Patna district in November 1991.
"As a custodian of law, Kumar has lost the moral right to continue in the office", Lalu said.
