Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the first annual consfernce of Indian Bracgytherapy Society (IBS) at Mahavir Cancer Sansthan in Patna on February 13, 2010.Speaking on the occasion Nitish Kumar said state government was planning to make available land to private organization for opening state-of-the art-medical centres in Bihar.
Bihar Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav and Mahavir Cancer Institute director Dr JK Singh also spoke on the occasion.
