A doctor is checking up the blood pressure of Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi at a health camp (Swastha Mahakumbha) in Patna on February 7, 2010. The camp was organised by Sukh Sansar.Speaking on the occasion Modi said Bihar government would spent Rs 80 crore on the the distribution of free medicines to patients in government hospitals this year.
