Bihar CM Nitish Kumar holds emergency video conferencing with all the district magistrates



Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held an emergency video conferencing with all the district magistrates in view of the Phailin induced rains and possibility of floods in different parts of Bihar in Patna on October 15, 2013. He instructed the district magistrates to take all possible measures to tackle the situation.
