Congress may form alliance with secular parties in Bihar for LS polls
Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Ashok Choudhary said his party had been calculating possible ways to form electoral alliance with secular-minded parties in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. Choudhary was talking to reporters at Sadaquat Ashram in Patna on October 17, 2013. He said the state unit of the party was also preparing to celebrate birth anniversary of first Chief Minister of Bihar Sri Krishna Singh in a grand manner on October 21.
