Dussehra celebrated in Patna
Effigies of Ravan, Kumbhakarn and Meghnad were burnt at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on October 13, 2013 to mark the Dussehra celebrations. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was the chief guest. However, gutsy wind coupled with non-stop rains due to the super storm Phailin dampened the spirit of the people.
