Hamid Ansari calls for value-based education

Vice-President of India M Hamid Ansari was the chief guest at the first convocation of Central University of Bihar in Patna on September 26, 2013. Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, who is the chancellor of the university and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar were present on the occasion. Addressing the function Hamid Ansari called upon the universities and educational institutions to take lead in providing value-based education.
