Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary Reviews Development Projects Worth Over ₹100 Crore Under Bihar Gati

 

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on September 22, 2026, reviewed projects worth over ₹100 crore being implemented across the state, along with other centrally sponsored and state government schemes, under the Bihar Gati initiative at the Sankalp conference hall in Lok Sevak Awas.

The review meeting focused on the progress of key projects identified under Bihar Gati, particularly those related to the Road Construction Department, Water Resources Department, Industries Department and Social Welfare Department.

During the meeting, Road Construction Department Secretary Pankaj Kumar Pal, Water Resources Department Secretary Dr Chandra Shekhar Singh, Industries Department Secretary Kundan Kumar and Social Welfare Department Secretary Vinod Singh Gunjiyal briefed the Chief Minister on the latest implementation status of schemes and projects under their respective departments.

The Chief Minister directed officials to expedite the implementation of development projects and ensure that all work is completed within the stipulated deadlines.

He also stressed the need for regular monitoring of projects, better coordination among departments and special attention to the quality of work.
