Traffic rules awareness rally was taken out in Patna to September 3, 2009. The rally was organised by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) under its "Road Safety Week" programme which has been launched to celebrate its golden jubilee year.The programme is aimed at creating awareness about traffic rules among two-wheeler riders, auto-rickshaw and bus drivers as wellas common masses.
