Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the 4th Managing Committee and General Committee meeting of the Builders Association of India in Patna on March 6, 2010.Speaking on the occasion, Nitish Kumar invited the builders to join the development activities in Bihar. “Bihar is changing and you too can become an agent of change”, he said.
