History Council of Magadh Mahila College organises special lecture to commemorate Bihar Divas

History Council of Magadh Mahila College organised a special lecture on Bifurcation of Bihar from Bengal to commemorate Bihar Divas in Patna on March 5, 2010. Dr Arayand Chakraborty of Pennsylvania University was the chief speaker on the occasion.
