Bihar CM urges people to vote back NDA to power

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed a election meeting at Thakurganj in Kishanganj district on October 14, 2010. Speaking on the occasion, Nitish Kumar said if voted back to power his government would launch state food programme to provide food directly to 1.5 crore below poverty line (BPL) families of the state.
