Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam criticised the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government for projecting a rosy picture about development in Bihar over the past years and said all was not well in the state. Nirupam was addressing a Press conference in Patna on October 19, 2010.
He alleged that Bihar government had failed in terms of infrastructure development and industrialisation and even the road construction that Kumar has been describing as the USP of his tenure was done with central funds and by the central agency National Highway Authority of India.
