All India IA and AD chess tournament begins

All India IA and AD chess tournament began at Accountant General office in Patna on March 11, 2011. Bihar Assembly's Public Account Committee chairman Lalit Kumar Yadav inaugurated the tournament. Principal Accountant General of Bihar, Preman Deenaraj, was present on the occasion.
