Power Finance Corporation (PFC) launched its public issue of infrastructure tax-saving bond in Patna on March 14, 2011. In press conference, the PFC officials said this would be the opportunity for those investors, who are eager to avail a deduction up to Rs 20,000 in their taxable income over and above the Rs 1 lakh entitlement under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act.
