HRD secretary Anjani Kumar Singh said the three-day Bihar Diwas celebrations beginning at Gandhi Maidan from March 22, would be inaugurated by State Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Singh was talking to media in Patna on March 18, 2011.He said 99 earthen lamps would be lit on March 22, to mark the 99th foundation day of Bihar. He said Bihar is ready to celebrate the day in a grand manner as several programmes would organised during the three days.
