Bihar Raod Construction Department secretary Pratyay Amrit flagged off Patna-Rajgir car rally from Patna on April 17, 2011. The rally was organised by Lions Club of Patna to spread the theme "Vikas Ki Ore Agrasarit Bihar" (Bihar towards development).
