MTS brand telecom services, operated by Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, was launched in Bihar circle at a function in Patna on July 2, 2009. This is joitn venture by Russian compnay Sistema and Shyam Teleservies. Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated the launching ceremony.Chairman and CEO of Sistema, Vesvola Rojamor (left in picture) said the company had already been operating in 22 circles including Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
