Patna High Court lawyers on July 15, 2009 struck work to protest the recent killing of Vinay Tiwary, an advocate of Ara Civil Court. Tiwary was killed in a bomb blast at Ara Civil court premises. The lawyers were demanding an ex-gratia of Rs 20 lakh to the victim's kin and Rs 1 lakh for injured persons.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
