Bihar CM Nitish Kumar pays tribute to Kargil martyrs


Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar paid tributes to the martyrs of the Kargil war on its 10th anniversary at Kargil Chowk in Patna on July 26, 2009. Kumar alongwith former Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra and others paid homage to the martyrs of the Kargil war by laying wreath at Kargil memorial park in Gandhi Maidan at a state function.
