Bihar Governor Debananda Konwar inaugurates the new session of Arcade Business College in Patna on July 28, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Bihar Governor Debananda Konwar said the new generation of students preferred job-oriented courses rather than the traditional one in the age of information technology.
He asked to students to opt for professional courses so that they could contribute to the economy of the country.
