Patna University gets Rs 12.18 Cr grant in XI Plan

PU vice-chancellor Professor Shyam Lal said the University Grant Commission (UGC) had sanctioned Rs 12.18 crore to Patna University for the XI Plan period. He said the increased allocation would be used for the development of the university in a planned manner.
In the 10th Plan, PU had got Rs 2.08 crore from the UGC.
