A joint delegation of MLAs from Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) and Communist Party of India (CPI), led by Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Abdul Bari Siddiqui, called on Governor Debanand Konwar at the Raj Bhavan in Patna on March 30, 2011 and submitted a joint memorandum to him regarding the bills related to public interest were being introduced in the State Assembly in “undue haste” and they were not getting adequate time to study the measures and form their views.
The Governor assured the delegation of looking into their grievances.
