Kalam delivers lecture on 'Socially and Economically Developing Bihar'

Former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam delivered a keynote address on "Socially and Economically Developing Bihar" at Bihar Chamber of Commerce in Patna on May 3, 2011. The Bihar Chamber of Commerce also felicitated Dr Kalam on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Kalam suggested that Bihar should develop smart waterways with special emphasis on flood control and hydropower generation system.
