RJD leader criticises Bihar CM

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) national general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Ram Kripal Yadav criticised Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's reported statement on MPLAD scheme. In a press conference in Patna on May 10, 2011, Yadav alleged that Bihar Government was against the development of the state through MPLAD scheme.
