Bihar's Vigilance Bureau caught an assistant sub-inspector while accepting bribe at Gardanibagh police station in Patna on November 3, 2009.Officials said acting on a complaint, vigilance sleuths went to the police station and arrested ASI Satya Narain Jha while he was accepting Rs 4000 as bribe.
