Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar celebrated his birth day offering prayers to Lord Hanuman at Mahavir Temple near Patna junction on November 18, 2009.Governor Konwar along with first lady Niva Konwar performed “Mangal Anushthan” (prayer for the well being of the family).
