Bihar’s chief opposition party Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) released a report card on Nitish Kumar led NDA government’s four-year rule, charging the present government with unleashing corruption, misrule and criminalization of power.
In joint media conference Bihar RJD president Abdul Bari Siddiqui, spokesman Shakeel Ahmed Khan and general secretary Ramkripal Yadav said the people of the Bihar had declared that the Nitish Kumar government had failed on all fronts.
The charges were labeled a day ahead of the presentation of its 'report card' by the four year-old NDA government in Bihar in Patna on November 23, 2009. RJD gave 80 out of 1000 to Nitish government.
