Junior doctors of Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) and Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (not in picture) continued their indefinite strike for the 11th day in Patna on November 20, 2009.Junior doctors had so far stuck to their demand of a written assurance from the state government of fulfilling its promise to hike the stipend from present Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000 per month and introduction of residency scheme.
