Bihar Utthan Buddhijiwi Manch felicitated Pondicherry Lt. Governor Sardar Iqbal Singh in a public function organised at Geology Auditorium of Patna University on November 22, 2009.Sardar Iqbal Singh was also accorded a grand felicitation at Tara Mandal (bottom). Its was Sardar Iqbal Singh first visit to Bihar after becoming the Lt. Governor of Pondicherry.
