Seminar on Sachar and Ranganath committee reports

Human Rights Protection Group orgnaised a seminar on Justice Sachar Committee and Justice Ranganath Mishra Committee reports in Patna on November 20, 2009. Dr IA Khan and Professor Nawal Ksihore Chowdhary (sitting right) were the main speakers. Former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra (sitting centre) presided over the function.
