Bihar Right to Information Manch (BRIM) holds its meeting at Gandhi Museum in Patna on July 5, 2009.The meeting unanimously condemned the Information Commission's directive to information commissioners to collectively hear petitions. BRIM said the measure would negate delivery of justice.
