Panchayat buildings for each panchayat
Speaking on the occasion Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said his government would construct earthquake-resistant panchayat buildings in each panchayat to facilitate the rural governance in the State. The earthquake-resistant buildings would be constructed on elevated places so that people can take shelter there during floods.
He said the training would help settle small disputes at 'gram kachahari' (village courts) levels.
