CPI-ML legislatures raise voice for BPL families

CPI-ML legislatures demonstrate outside Bihar Assembly in Patna on December 24, 2009 in protest against the black-marketing of kerosene and food grains meant for Below Poverty Line (BPL) and APL card holders in Bihar. They also demanded work for two members of a BPL family at Rs 200 per day basis for 200 days in a year.
