Vandana Kumari Jena, Principal Secretary, Human Resource Development (Government of Orissa) delivered a lecture on “State of Education in the 21st Century” organized by Shikshansha on the occasion of birth anniversary of late Dr Madan Mohan Jha, former Principal Secretary, HRD (Government of Bihar) in Patna on December 23, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Jena said providing quality education was the key to making education-for-all a success. “Right to Education Bill 2009 is a great step but it remains to be seen how it is implemented fulfilling the concept of quality education which will be the biggest challenge”, she remarked.
