Film Appreciation Workshop concludes

Ninth Film Appreciation Workshop organised by Information and Public Relation Department (Government of Bihar) ended in Patna on December 24, 2009. Bihar’s Law, Information and Public Relation Minister Ramnath Thakur, who was the chief guest at the closing function, distributed certificates to 40 Patna Women’s College students, who took part in the week-long workshop.
