White Paper is a 'Blank Paper', says Lalu

Former Union Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad said that the white paper issued by the present Union Railway Minister Mamata Bannerjee was a conspiracy to tarnish his image. He said it was an attempt to stall Rs 55 crore railway projects in Bihar. He termed it as “Blank Paper”.


Lalu Prasad was talking to scribes in Patna on December 21, 2009.
