Congress leader and in-charge of Bihar affairs Jagdish Tytler called on Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar in Patna on December 20, 2009 and submitted a memorandum demanding Guru Gobind Singh University in Bihar.Tytler was here to address a meeting on the district congress presidents and respective in-charge of the membership drive.
He said the party had decided to celebrate its 125th anniversary on December 28 in blocks and districts. Congress party’s foundation day falls on December 28.
