Bihar Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav inaugrated a seminar on breast cancer in Patna on December 19, 2009. The seminar was organised by Gulmohar Event Management Pvt Ltd for creating awareness on breast cancer.Speaking on the occasion, several doctors were of the view that women over 20 years should consult doctors if they found any change in their breasts.
