Bihar Governor Debananda Konwar inaugurated AIDS awareness campaign in Patna on December 1, 2009 on the occasion of World AIDS Day. The meet was jointly organized by ADRA India, LEPRA Society and Sai Achievers’ Trust.Speaking on the occasion, Konwar stressed on creating awareness on prevention of the dreaded disease.
