Justice (Retired) Sadanand Mukherjee, chairman of the judicial commission constituted to probe Kahalgaon police firing in January 2008, presented the two-volume report to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna on December 8, 2009. Three persons were killed in the police firing on villagers, who were demanding power supply from NTPC Kahalgaon Plant.Speaking on the occasion, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the report would be made public soon.
