Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Deputy leader in Bihar Assembly Shakeel Ahmed Khan blamed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of implementing a 'secret agenda' of the RSS by 'cheating and befooling' Muslims of the state.Khan was talking to scribes at a press conference in Patna on July 6, 2010.
An inordinate delay in acquisition of land for Aligarh Muslim University in Kishanganj, tardy implementation of schemes under Multi Sectoral Development Programme, denial of appointment of Urdu teachers and apathy towards implementation of welfare schemes for Muslims have exposed the RSS agenda of Kumar, he remarked.
