Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and MLC Tarakant Jha files nomination papers for the post of chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council in Patna on August 3, 2209.Tarakant Jha is all set get elected for the post as he is the consenus candidate of both the ruling and opposition parties in the State Council.
Jha will replace Professor Arun Kumar Singh, who is the acting chairman of the council.
