Kisan Mahapanchayat felicitates Mahendra Singh Tikait in Patna

Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) president Chaudhary Mahendra Singh Tikait was felicitated by Kisan Mahapanchayat in Patna on May 18, 2010. He also addressed the Kisan Mahapanchayat (a meeting of the Bihar farmers). Speaking on the occasion Tikait felt that 10 per cent people had been exploiting 80 per cent farmers of the country.
