Former Union Minster and RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh hit out at Bihar government for not implementing Indira Awas Yojana properly in Bihar. He said Bihar’s performance was worst in the country. Singh along with RJD national secretary Ram Kripal Yadav was addressing a press conference in Patna on May 13, 2010.Singh alleged that Bihar government failed to built 10.4 lakh houses under Indira Awas Yojana despite getting sufficient fund from central government.
