A seminar on “Latest changes in Direct Taxes and Tax Planning, VAT and GST’ was organized in Patna on May 12, 2010. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, Patna branch.Speaking on the occasion Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Bihar, Tarkeshwar Singh stressed upon on the importance of good communication between the common people and the Chartered Accountant (CA) to remove misunderstanding about the tax law.
