Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya will organise a Global Festival at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on October 4, 2009.Talking to media in Patna on September 29, 2009, Rajyogini B K Nirmal Pushpa and Rajyogini B K Rani, both senior administrative heads of the Brahmakumaris in Bihar, said the 50-day celebration on ‘Receiving Divine Powers Through Divine Blessings’ would conclude on November 22.
