A workshop on sensitization of the provisions of Juvenile Justice Act organised by Bihar Judicial Academy, Directorate of Social Welfare and UNICEF office for Bihar, held in Patna on October 11, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Justice VN Sinha of Patna High Court said Juvenile Justice Board members should be like parents. He stressed that there was a need for sensitization of principal magistrates and non-judicial members of the Juvenile Justice Board.
