Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad on Wednesday said that RJD would form an alliance with the Communist Party of India (CPI) in the Jharkhand Assembly election.“We want to renew old ties with the left parties”, he said.
Lalu Prasad was addressing a meeting of party MLAs, MPs, former MLA/MLCs and district presidents in Patna on October 28, 2009.
