Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar holds his Janata Darbar to hear the grievances of the people in Patna on October 19, 2009.After the Darbar while talking to scribes Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the recommendations of D Bandyopadhyaya Commission on land reforms would not be implemented.
